Artist Bio

Genevieve DeVille is a multi-disciplinary artist, designer, and craftsperson from Atlanta, GA. She is currently located in Chicago IL and is an Art & Design BA and Photography Minor 2017 candidate at Columbia College Chicago. Her work consists of various media including photography, illustration, printmaking, textiles, wood-working, and ceramic sculpture. This cross-disciplinary approach informs her practice and shapes her buoyant style. With clear intent behind materials, form, and light handed arrangements, her process blooms nostalgic, color sensitive works. She aims to create an experience with her visual landscapes while exploring our interactions with modern language, urban environments, and objects throughout space and time.
